Return/ Exchange Policy:

If you have questions about your order, please e-mail inquiries@ghandle.com. In the event you need sizing assistance or wish to speak with us, call 1-866-252-2893 during normal business hours and speak with a Sales Representative. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date. Include a copy of the original packing slip or a note with your name, address, phone number and reason for return.

We will exchange the item(s) or refund you for the original purchase price, not including the shipping charge. Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be exchanged or credited. Shipping costs will be refunded if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error.

Refunds:

Full refunds will be for the sales price and sales tax only. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item in question is defective. Allow 2 weeks for the credit card you used for the purchase to be credited.
